Total tag/segment counts for dashboard

The idea is to have an overview about total counts for tags / segments. Something like the tags popup in the segment builder but for segments. It would be great to include total count, change metrics for last 7 days or last 30 days with green or red colors as well as when the tag was last applied. This feature was requested by Kay.
